Jaime Mora Solís is a distinguished Panamanian attorney and Founding Partner of ARIAS, ALEMAN & MORA, with more than five decades of legal and academic experience.

Since his admission to the Panamanian Bar in 1973, he has built a career recognized for its depth in banking, corporate structuring, high-stakes litigation, and complex contractual and tax matters.
He obtained his Bachelor of Law and Political Sciences from the University of Panama in 1973 and subsequently earned a Master of Civil Law (MCL) from Tulane University of Louisiana in 1975. His international academic formation, combined with a strong foundation in civil and commercial law, has positioned him as a trusted advisor to financial institutions, corporations, and family groups in Panama and abroad.
Mr. Mora Solís has played a prominent role in Panama’s banking and financial sector. He has served as Director of TOWERBANK INTERNATIONAL INC., TOWERBANK LTD., and INTELIGO BANK LTD., and formerly as Director of MULTIBANK INC., contributing strategic legal insight and governance oversight at the highest corporate level.
In addition to his professional practice, he has maintained a longstanding academic vocation. He has served as Professor of Civil Law at the University of Panama and Professor of Mercantile Law at the University of Santa María La Antigua, mentoring generations of Panamanian lawyers and contributing to the development of legal scholarship in the country.
His practice focuses on Banking Law, Corporate Law, Litigation and Arbitration, Taxation, Contracts, and Administrative Law.
