Recognized for his strategic approach and strong courtroom presence, he has represented financial institutions, corporations, and private clients in high-stakes disputes and regulatory proceedings.
He obtained his Bachelor of Law and Political Sciences from the University of Panama in 1991 and subsequently earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Tulane University of Louisiana in 1992. His international academic training complements his deep understanding of Panama’s civil and commercial legal framework.
Mr. Mastellari’s practice focuses on Litigation, Corporate Law, Banking Law, Administrative Law, and Commercial Law. He regularly advises on contractual disputes, banking controversies, administrative claims, and complex corporate conflicts, providing clients with practical and results-oriented solutions.
In addition to his role at the firm, he serves as Director of the International Lawyers Association of Panama, contributing to the development of legal practice standards and fostering international legal cooperation.
