Anethe Vergara is an Attorney and Head of Human Resources at ARIAS, ALEMAN & MORA with experience in labor law, public administration, and human resources management.

She leads the Firm’s Human Resources Office and provides legal guidance on labor matters, supporting personnel management and the Firm’s compliance with employment regulations.

She earned her Bachelor of Law and Political Sciences from the University of Panama in 2008 and was admitted to the Panamanian Bar the same year. In 2012, she completed a Master’s Degree in Labor Law from Universidad Santa María La Antigua, strengthening her expertise in employment and personnel matters.

Ms. Vergara’s career includes experience as an attorney at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2009–2013), where she handled administrative law, public procurement, and international legal assistance matters. Since 2015, she has focused on human resources management, and since 2025 she has led the Firm’s Human Resources Office, where she also provides legal assistance on labor and personnel matters.

Known for her cross-disciplinary perspective, she bridges legal compliance with effective personnel management within the Firm.
