She is responsible for the Firm’s administrative operations, overseeing resource management and the optimization of internal processes.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Castillo served as Supervisor of the Collections Department from 2000 to 2017, where she directed and controlled the collections portfolio, playing a key role in optimizing the Firm’s cash flow through effective communication with clients and team supervision. She has led the Firm’s administrative operations since 2018.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Panama (2005), a Postgraduate Degree in Senior Management from the Technological University of Panama (2007), and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management Strategy, also from the Technological University of Panama (2010).

Recognized for her organizational skills, commitment and experience, she plays a key role in the Firm’s operational efficiency and financial stability.
