His practice focuses on designing and implementing high-value legal structures for financial institutions, private investment vehicles, multinational groups, and real estate developers operating in Panama and across multiple jurisdictions.
He earned his Bachelor of Law and Political Sciences from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua in 2013. He subsequently obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. (2014), and later completed a Master of Laws in Procedural Law, Summa Cum Laude, at Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua (2015).
In 2013, he was named Fellow of the Academy of American and International Law, reflecting his early academic distinction and international legal engagement. In 2019, he was certified as an Authorized Public Translator in Panama, further complementing his cross-border advisory practice.
