Since his admission to the Panamanian Bar in 2012, he has advised domestic and international clients on corporate and legal structuring, administrative procedures, regulatory matters, labor and immigration issues, business and real estate transactions, and asset protection.

He earned his Bachelor of Law and Political Sciences from Universidad Latina de Panamá in 2011 and subsequently pursued postgraduate law studies at Vanderbilt University, in Tennessee, as well as Procedural Administrative Law studies at Universidad Latina de Panamá, and later obtained a Master in Business Administration (MBA) at ADEN University, in 2019. His combined legal and business training allows him to approach matters with both technical precision and strong business insight.

Mr. Alemán Dutari’s practice areas include Corporate Law, Administrative Law, Immigration, Intellectual Property, Labor Law, and Real Estate Law, all of in which he has vast experience, regularly assisting clients with corporate governance, regulatory filings, employment matters, asset acquisitions and protection, legal structuring, protection of intellectual property rights, among other matters.
